Help finding a book,

the book is about the male and female lead both being in the Italian mafia.

The main female lead has a younger sister that got into a relationship with the female lead’s ex-boyfriend, due to the female lead not being able to satisfy her ex-boyfriend’s sexual needs. The family of the female lead is not supportive at all.

The female lead is also slightly cold and icy. female lead meets the head of Italian mafia – the male lead and they start a relationship.

That is all i remember. It would be very kind if you could help me find the book .
